This Mark Provincial Past Rank Collar Jewel is manufactured to its maximum perfection. The jewel is in oval 3D shaped and gilt polished professionally with the combination of solid blue and dark red enamel.
Provincial name was unreadable, it should have said LONDON but flag motif obscured some letters making it read ONDO
I was very disappointed, especially after I compared it to my associates ones.

Beautifully made and the catch for the collar is strong.
