Delivery Information

“If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend that you mention your delivery deadlines during check-out or by email when placing your order so we can make sure your order delivery within your required time frame or inform you otherwise if it’s not possible”

We aim to ship out all orders of stock items within 1 to 3 business days (subject to stock availability) from our warehouse based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Please note that during busy periods the dispatch time may be little longer due to the high volume of orders we have to deal with. Therefore it is highly advisable that you inform us by email or phone if your order is time sensitive to avoid any disappointments.



Following are the list of products which are produced on order and can take between 2 to 4 weeks (4 to 5 weeks for orders outside the United Kingdom) for the delivery.

1] Apron Badges (We do keep stock of Craft Provincial Badges however if not in stock they can take 2-4 weeks for delivery)

2] Provincial Collar Jewels  (1-2 weeks)

3] Grand Aprons (2-4 weeks)

4] Masonic Gauntlets (2-4 weeks)

5] Masonic Rings (1-2 weeks)



We also source some products from external suppliers who are based locally within the United Kingdom. The dispatch times vary for these products as follows;

1] Masonic gifts [5-10 working days]

2] Masonic Jewellery [Rings, Pendants] [3-8 working days]

3] Nameplates [2-3 working days]

4] Other Masonic Products [Lodge Furnishings/Metal Products/Cushion Covers/Banners/Customised Orders] (2-5 weeks)



We replenish “Out of Stock” products within 2-4 weeks usually. If we are unable to deliver your order within reasonable timescale, we will contact by email to inform you for expected time delays.



For United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and EU countries, we use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD as prime shipping source. For order deliveries outside the UK & EU, we frequently use Royal Mail, UPS and FedEx International. For shipping to territories/Islands which are part of the United Kingdom but are not within mainland United Kingdom, additional shipping surcharges will be payable by customer for shipping to such destinations. These include Hebrides, the Shetland Islands, the Orkney Islands, the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight Northern Island.



It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the United Kingdom, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  It is the customers’ responsibility to comply with any specific import law at the product destination and to pay any import duties or local taxes.
