Unfortunately the item lock was broken and so the hook. I should’ve checked all as soon as arrived but trusted to be in conditions as I’ve choose this shop for the first time. The inconvenient is that I had to borrow someone’s spare for my meeting and to be honest I haven’t got the time to re post it or send it back. This things should be checked well in advance, jewellery in particular. I never had any issue in the past 6 years from other providers so I’m pretty disappointed.
