Not received correct items and after contacting to you through your site I have received no response at all, this has greatly tarnished my view of your company
Not terribly impressed when compared to badges made locally. Poor detail on centre and NORTHUM BERLAND. Could have been better. I will be replacing it as soon as I can.

The word ‘Deputy’ on the badge has been sewn in a very amateur way.
